Dr. Rama Joshi is the Principal Director and Head of Gynae Oncology and Robotic Surgery at FMRI. Women usually end up in her clinic when a routine scan spots an ovarian mass, a pap smear confirms cervical cancer, or when highly complex uterine tumors require robotic extraction.

About Dr. Rama Joshi

With over thirty years in the operating room, Dr. Rama Joshi handles incredibly high-stress gynecological cancer cases every single day. She did her MS in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at SMS Medical College in Jaipur, basically sweeping the awards board and taking home the highly esteemed Pfizer Gold Medal. Then took her surgical skills global.

She literally built the gynecology oncology departments from the ground up at Artemis, BLK, and Dharamshila before leading the massive unit at Fortis. Also a massive voice in the surgical community, having proudly served as both the President and the Honorary Secretary General of the Association of Gynaecological Oncologists of India.
