About Dr. Vivek Bindal

Dr. Vivek Bindal has been doing minimal access and bariatric surgery for over twenty-two years now.  He works on standard sleeve gastrectomies to really tough cases involving super obese patients. What separates him is that he is trained in robotic surgery at the University of Illinois Chicago and Duke University Medical Center, where he wasn’t just learning but actually served as faculty. 

He has performed the bariatric surgery on the youngest child in the world, which made international news. Did the first robotic removal of a retroperitoneal Schwannoma tumor globally. Before Max, he was Vice-Chairman at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, running their bariatric and minimal access program.
